CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be unpredictable and unexpected circumstances may arise. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 25% fee will be applied to all cancellations. Rescheduling is always welcomed but will require a new $20 deposit. No call no show: Deposit will not be refunded, and you must pay for the full cost of your next service up front should you choose to book again. We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your session or shorten the treatment duration. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply. We are VERY understanding, please contact us directly with any concerns. **Exceptions:** Lil Luxury Nails reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
